Hops is our strongest Anti-Inflammatory, Then Tart Chery, Then Frankincense. Using all three gives relief to most everyone, but if any of the salves work for you use it.
As always check with your doctor first. We have not seen any medicine conflict so far but after the salve has been used by over 40,000 people with no visible sign of conflict. We have found a very few people who have shown an allergic reaction to an ingredient, which is one reason we have so many types.
